 Merit and Need-Based Scholarships from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in 2021

2. Pakistan is a candidate country.
3. All Pakistani university students are eligible to apply.
4. Programs leading to the degrees of Master's/MBA/MS/MPhil/Education Teaching are permitted under the scholarship scheme. 

USAID's Merit-based Scholarship Requirements :

The following standards must be met by applicants in order to be considered for the scholarship:

1. To be eligible, the aspirant must be a resident of Pakistan.
2. Candidate must be a Pakistani national.
3. Only female students and those who were already enrolled in master's programmers were eligible for the programmer.

Criteria for Disqualification:

Students participating in evening or self-reliance programmes at public colleges are ineligible to apply for these programmes.

Has not graduated if earlier petitions have failed.
