United States of America Humphrey Exchange Program :

The Humphrey Exchange Program in the United States is now accepting applications. Professionals who want to improve their leadership skills by learning and understanding about issues of common concern in the United States and their home countries can apply for a Humphrey Fellowship.
As a non-degree programme, the Fellowship provides invaluable opportunities for professional growth through participation in selected university programmes, conferences, networking, and hands-on work experience.
In classes and workshops throughout the year, Fellows work on both their individual programme goals and collaborative projects with their peers. It differs from a typical bachelor's degree programme in that it encourages students to travel from their home university to another in the United States to learn more about American literature and culture.
If you want to broaden your horizons and grow into a global leader, the Humphrey Fellowship is for you. Up until October 1st, candidates and representatives can submit their proposals to the Institute's office for consideration. the closing date for applications varies from country to country

  • Parties that are just getting started

Diseases that are contagious or infectious

  • Administration and policy in public health
  • HIV/AIDS Prevention and Policy
  • the promotion of sobriety through treatment and education
  • Administration, Planning, and Policy in Education
  • Administration of Higher Education
  • English as a Second Language (ESL) Instruction
  • Benefits in Terms of Money

Fees for attending the designated owner university, including tuition and fees

  • If necessary, get some practise using the English language before moving on.
  • An allowance to help with rehabilitation, including a one-time resettlement payment.
  • Insurance against illness and injury
  • a salary supplement for work
  • a one-time grant to help pay for the network
  • You can use the money you receive from this scholarship to further your career, such as going on field trips or giving presentations.
  • See if you can get by without an IELTS credential if you go to Turkey (or any of the other countries on this list).

Components of the fellowship programme include:

  • Educational enrichment provided by the Humphrey Symposium
  • advancing one's career
  • Forum on Global Leadership in Washington, DC
  • Courses in English as a second language
  • Make sure to look into studying in Italy or Singapore without having to take the IELTS exam.

  • Each year, about 200 fellowships are given out; the exact number depends on funding.

Criteria for Eligibility:

Qualification at the undergraduate level
  • a minimum of five years of full-time work in the field
  • No prior knowledge of the United States is required.
  • Showed leadership abilities.
  • English writing test results for civil servants in the community
  • Check: Birmingham University Scholarship 2021 with Full Funding

When is the scholarship deadline?

By submitting a scholarship application by the deadline of October 1.

What is the procedure for making an application?

The application deadlines vary from country to country, but are generally in the months of May to September. Application deadlines will be provided by your designated US Embassy or Binary Fulbright Commission.
